March 6- Second Sesseion

The heroes awoke in the slums of Kiris Dahn. They trekked through the slums and, as they neared the outer edges, they were attacked by another kobold and her creatures. However, during the combat, the foolish Kort attacked Q'Ryddia who happened to be standing on him. She was nearly killed in that moment. She lived, though, thanks in part to Kythax quickly stabilizing her. Berrian then attacked and nearly killed Kort in retribution for his foolish act. After Kort had been knocked unconscious, Q'Ryddia took Kort's battleaxe.
     After the battle, they met Col, a human monk and rested before entering the library. Upon entering the library, they saw it strewn with tattered books and scrolls. They searched through and found the remains of three of the books in which they were sent to find. Using one of the rituals given to them by Treona, the heroes were able to determine that the stone they seek would not be found in the library. They decided to continue searching the library though, and came across a small band of gobling protecting one that rifled through books, tearing out pages.
     The heroes roundly defeated the gang of goblins. Q'Ryddia found a useful spellbook and armor, and Kort, in an amazing and unusual intelligent act, created a flail from rope and a small table. The heroes set up for a rest. Their adventure will lead them into greater danger as they continue their search for the Slaying Stone.

February 20th - Session 1

The rain and sleet ripped through the air as the Eladrin, Berrian and his traveling companion Q' Ryddia, a teifling, traveled through the night. The raging river had washed out the bridge that they were to use, forcing them to find an alternate crossing. Whether it were coincidence or fate that led them to a particular bridge no one may never be known. A bright lantern swayed in the window of a tower across the river, seemingly signaling to our heroes.
    Baying wolves closed in around Q' Ryddia and Berrian hungry and thirsting for blood. From the trees came the wild Shifter, Sephiya, and the Barbarian, Kort, came to aid them.
    Once the wolves were defeated our heroes all took shelter in the tower of Treona. The party was asked by Treona and the nobleman Kiris Alkirk to venture into the Goblin-filled Kiris Dahn to retrieve five books and, most importantly, the Slaying Stone. Berrian developed a lack of trust in Alkirk due to certain interaction.
   Soon, the heroes left for Gorizbadd, the once Kiris Dahn, in search of the stone. At the crumbled gates of Gorizbadd, the party met with Kythax, a renegade Kobold dressed in Goblin skins. As the odd Kort made conversation with the Goblin guards, the others, aided by the Psionic skills of Berrian, crossed the moat and into the city. As they snuck through the slums of the city they were spotted and attacked by Kythax' kin. After defeating their enemies, the last, beaten and injured Kobold begged to be spared.
   The being was spared and the heroes took their rest to resume their quest shortly after.

OOC- First session

We had our first session today. I feel it went well and hope we will have another one soon. A recap post (Sage of Ages writings) will be posted before next sunday's possible session.

These are the exploits of a new band of adventurers as they travel through their mystical world. I shall relay the stories of beasts they slay, as they influence the fate of kingdoms and perhaps even bring gods to their knees. I am the watcher of worlds, I am the sage of ages. Sit and listen to the tales I weave of the small band of heroes and the adventures they brave.
